PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We don’t use analtyics on your school’s Sharp System. The analtyics are only setup for the main Sharp System website.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
When you use the contact form, we will maintain your Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
YOUR SHARP SYSTEM
We don’t store any information collected from the reporting function of the system. The form is sent securely in an encrypted format and automatically is destroyed on our server. Our servers use HTTPS for added security.
The information sent to you logs users IP address, time sent and some basic information about their device. We don’t have any access to this data, the school are the only recipient of this data and you must store it using your schools data protection policies. No data is stored on our servers.
With Child Protection issues we will assist with law enforcement and the school in question to resolve the matter.
